Will and Marsha first came across Ramsey Property Wealth’s Property Investment Portfolio Plan and particular expertise in complex lending restructuring via a mutual client, a Property Developer, we’d helped with the complex refinance and restructure of several properties.

Will and Marsha are astute property investors in a highly complex, self-employed situation including international income and currently hold multiple trust structures.

Already owning multiple investment properties, we sat down with Will and Marsha and completed a comprehensive Ramsey Portfolio Portfolio Plan, addressing their goal in reaching a certain level of passive income and to retire in 15 years. They wanted to do this by continuing to acquiring revenue generating properties.

We developed and implemented a strategy which detailed property purchase price for each property in the plan, rent yields and identified key growth corridors etc. We then sourced and acquired their next investment property on their behalf, unlocked equity in their existing portfolio, reapportioned debt and negotiated their house and land package in a key area.
