Tammy & Brent approached us after utilising another Broker’s services 12 months prior to assist with loan structuring for the construction of their bespoke family home in a popular multi-million dollar, leafy Brisbane suburb.

After several previous valuation issues and receiving advice to wait several more months for a new valuation, adding unnecessary costs and increasing their timeline to getting their family into their new home, they approached Ramsey through a mutual client referral.

Within 4 weeks we managed the valuation process to ensure that the detail in the clients plans we communicated, and managed the comparisons with regards to similar house prices in the area and surrounding areas, working with a reputable Valuer. Once the valuation came in satisfactory, we co-currently managed their loan finance, utilising our digital platforms, whilst they were on holidays and achieved a credit assessed pre-approval within 4 weeks.

Several months later they are now 75% through the build of their family home and will now be able to move in, just in time for Christmas!
